HSSC CET OTR Registration 2025 Apply Online for Group C & D Posts

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has invited online applications for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) One-Time Registration (OTR) for Group C and Group D vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 28 May 2025.

HSSC CET OTR Application Fee

• General / OBC: ₹500
  
• SC / BC / EWS: ₹250
  
• All Female Candidates: ₹250
  

Age Limit (as on 01 Jan 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
  
• Maximum Age: 42 Years
  
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
  

Eligibility Criteria

Post	Qualification
Group C	12th Pass
Group D	10th Pass

Selection Process

• Group D: Based on CET Score
  
• Group C: CET Score + Written Exam
  
• Additional marks will be awarded for social, economic background and experience:
  
  • Up to 5 marks for Group C
    
  • Up to 10 marks for Group D
    

For recruitment:

• For posts ≤ 50: 5 times the number of vacancies will be called.
  
• For posts > 50: 3 times the number of vacancies will be called based on CET scores.
